Return and Shipping Information
Return Policy for Tapestries, Pillows, and Accessories only:

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority, so we offer you "On Approval" sales on tapestries only. You get to see the tapestries in your home before purchasing them. It is a no risk try-before-you-buy policy. For more details or to order using this option, please call us at 770-650-5596 or e-mail us immediately after placing your internet order indicating that your purchase is on approval. You will get an e-mail confirming this option.

Please inspect your package and report any damages or shortages within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise we will not be held responsible for any claims reported after this time.

To ensure a proper credit, please obtain a Return Authorization Number by e-mailing us within 48 hours of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY less shipping charges. Return authorization numbers are issued by return e-mail only.
Address for returns will be e-mailed to you when you obtain the Return Authorization number.

Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from the actual date you receive the item.
There are no returns or exchanges on accessories, any flat screen TV covers, their tapestries or brackets, any item marked "final sale", Gallery Style tapestries. All these are final sale.
Pillows returned will carry $25.00 fee per order.

Items with human or pet hair, odors, any kind of damages, broken or missing parts, pulls, stains, soils, missing or used hardware, or any other damages will not be accepted for returns or exchanges and will be sent back at the customer's expense. Tassels that have been taken apart will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Please make sure to ship items back UPS or FedEX insured in the original package and in the same, perfect condition they were sent in with the return authorization number noted on the package. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.

For special and international orders, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges. No exceptions.

Shipping Information

All items will be shipped via UPS within 2 to 7 business days after order date unless they are back-ordered, in which case you will be e-mailed with the approximate shipping date.

For Georgia residents, a 7% tax will be added.
