Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our first priorty, so we offer you "ON APPROVAL" sales where you get to see the tapestries in your home before purchasing them. It is a no risk try-before-you-buy policy. For more details or to order using this option please call us at 1-888-344-5596. Or e-mail us immediately after placing your internet order indicating that your purchase is on approval.

Otherwise, once the purchase is made, you are required to obtain a Return Authorization Number for all returns within 48 hours of receipt for store credit only, less shipping charges.

Any damages or shortages from goods received must be reported to us within 48 hours from date of receipt. We will not be held responsible for any claims after this time.

Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from the actual date you receive the item.

Please note that tassels that have been taken apart will not be accepted for returns and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

To ensure proper credit, Items returned must be shipped back UPS insured in original package in PERFECT CONDITION with Return Authorization Number noted on package to:

Shipping Information

All items will be shipped via UPS within 2-7 business days after order date unless they are back-ordered, in which case you will be e-mailed with the approximate date of shipping.

For Georgia Residents, a 7% Tax will be added.
