62"x 54". Premium heavy weight aubusson tapestry hand woven in China, 100% New Zealand wool, fully lined. Currently on display in the Louvre in Paris.

The Chancelleries were tapestries on blue backgrounds printed with fleur-de-lys bearing the arms of the King and the attributes of the Seal, designed as a gift to the Chancellor. The Louvre tapestry, woven in Beauvais, was purchased by the king in 1686 , and given to Louis Boucherat, Chancellor of France from 1685 until his death in 1699. It was woven after a motif by François Bonnemer for the central section, and by Jean Le Moyne for the borders.
